Our customers are B2B agencies. Step one, when they start working with us, is that they're going to create their own wiki. They're going to go through this process themselves to create their own llms.txt file and help their own business improve its view on when an LLM discusses their company. And then number two is going to be about how to build out the wiki where questions happen after post-launch, how we do our tracking, and then we start working with them on their first citation interview, third-party citation interview review, and get that going. And then that's really the first week of working with us.
