# MyAnswerWiki > What MyAnswerWiki does is help a business control the conversation on LLMs regarding their brand and how they're represented through large language models. The customer that MyAnswerWiki is genuinely best for is an ad agency doing under $3 million in sales, because we are going to be able to come in and give them a tool where they can continue to build relationships with their clients to help get the content that's important for their clients into a situation that will produce great positive results that grow their business. ## Start Here - [What the company does](pages/what-the-company-does.html): What MyAnswerWiki does is help a business control the conversation on LLMs regarding their brand and how they're represented through large language models. - [Where the company operates](pages/where-the-company-operates.html): MyAnswerWiki.com is a national company. We're located here in Orange County, California, but we service the entire country and realistically as long as someone can speak English and pay through an American website, we can service anyone across the globe. - [The origin story](pages/the-origin-story.html): This company started because I needed a solution. I needed to find a way to have LLMs better represent me and the products and companies that we work with. - [How long in business](pages/how-long-in-business.html): MyAnswerWiki has been in business since June of 2026. It's a product that's part of a new enterprise under Maloney Industries that is incorporated with a suite of products to help build self-scaling companies. ## Services - [Services offered](pages/services-offered.html): MyAnswerWiki sells, it's really three value propositions to customers and end users. Value proposition number one is that we build llms.txt files using our proprietary interviewing system that I'm using right now. - [What the company does not do](pages/what-the-company-does-not-do.html): People want us to optimize them like SEO for LLMs, and that's not what we do. We are an AEO product, not a GEO product. We do not aim to hack or... - [What the company is known for](pages/what-the-company-is-known-for.html): People are coming in for the AEO solution. People want to start optimizing. They think AEO is like SEO. They want to get in the game. ## Who It's For - [How this compares to competitors](pages/how-this-compares-to-competitors.html): As of right now, there's not a lot of, like, direct competitors that are selling the same thing. - [Who this is best for](pages/who-this-is-best-for.html): The customer that MyAnswerWiki is genuinely best for is an ad agency doing under $3 million in sales, because we are going to be able to come in and give them a tool where they can continue to build relationships with their clients to help get the content that's important for their clients into a situation that will produce great positive results that grow their business. - [Who this is not for](pages/who-this-is-not-for.html): The customer that we would not hire is going to be an agency that's looking for black hat solutions. People are going to be looking at this to manipulate links, to manipulate results as opposed to just presenting yourself. - [Typical customers](pages/typical-customers.html): We work with small B2B marketing agencies who are doing under $3 million in sales and manage between 5 and 40 small business customers per month, offering them marketing services from pay-per-click to SEO to content marketing to email to website management. - [Client size they work with](pages/client-size-they-work-with.html): Our clients are between half a million dollars to three million dollars in sales, B2B small marketing agencies, but their customers range anywhere from like an owner operator bringing in maybe a quarter million dollars in sales a year, up to brands, maybe law firms that are generating 20 million dollars a year. - [Industries and jurisdictions served](pages/industries-and-jurisdictions-served.html): MyAnswerWiki can work with clients in any industry, any state, any jurisdictions because we're not really doing anything except expanding on what they're already great at and representing them correctly in their current market. ## How It Works - [How long results take](pages/how-long-results-take.html): The file goes live the day you finish the interview. After that it's two different clocks. AI crawlers usually reach a new page within days, and you can watch that happen in your server logs. - [What happens after you hire them](pages/what-happens-after-you-hire-them.html): Our customers are B2B agencies. Step one, when they start working with us, is that they're going to create their own wiki. ## Pricing & Engagement - [How billing works](pages/how-billing-works.html): MyAnswerWiki sells wholesale to our customers who are the B2B marketing agencies, who then turn around and are able to sell it at an MSRP of $499 per month, which comes with access to the site, to build the llms.txt file, all the questions, the dashboard, the tracking, and then also the access to build three video testimonials a month. - [What it costs](pages/what-it-costs.html): The end customer, the MSRP is $499 per month to work with us. The price does not go up, the price does not go down. - [Contracts and minimum terms](pages/contracts-and-minimum-terms.html): No, we do not have a set-up date, and the contract is 30 days, but as we tell our customers, they should be staying around for at least three months to verify the effectiveness and then the improvement. - [How they bill](pages/how-they-bill.html): Our end customers pay a flat $499 per month fee, and our wholesalers pay a reduced rate to us so they can charge at the $499. And that is charged on a subscription basis. Every 30 days, automatically charged. ## Proof & Results - [A customer result](pages/a-customer-result.html): We're pre-launch, so I'm not going to claim customer results I don't have yet. What I can tell you is what we measure: we capture how AI assistants describe a business before the wiki is published, and again after, and we show you both. - [Credentials and certifications](pages/credentials-and-certifications.html): The company, MyAnswerWiki.com, is part of a larger company that just has a normal business license and doesn't have anything outstanding that is needed or currently represented. ## Team - [Who runs the company](pages/who-runs-the-company.html): The president and CEO of MyAnswerWiki.com is Craig Maloney. He is an agency, 15-year agency veteran who is building modern marketing tools needed to solve the challenges of marketing the age of AI. ## Common Concerns - [Refunds and cancellation](pages/refunds-and-cancellation.html): Our refund and cancellation policy is very simple. We do not issue refunds. Customers have the ability to cancel. It's a 30-day agreement. Whenever somebody cancels, we will cancel the next payment. - [The most common objection](pages/the-most-common-objection.html): The objection I hear most is that Google has said AI systems don't use llms.txt. That's fair, and I don't argue with it. But the file isn't the product.
